Here are a couple of looks created by L’Abel for their summer 2010 line that will be released tomorrow! The new line has everything you need for summer, great casuals, filmy summer dresses, cocktail dresses and chic daywear! I’ll be showing some of the different looks over the weekend, but I thought I’d start with a beautiful daywear outfit called Valja. It’s a fantastically ornate button jacket with shoulder prims and a glamorous upturned collar. Available in lots of beautiful colours.
Next is a fabulous cocktail dress called Mily with multilayered, lacy skirt prim and one-shoulder, prim top again the dress is available in a myriad of colours to choose from.

L’Abel – Efia
I love this grey and black knit turtleneck dress by L’Abel called Efia. The texturing is very realistic and even has a pretty prim bow for the waistline. The skirt length is below the knee and looks great with either boots or stilettos. Dress it up with your fave earrings, bag and sunglasses and you’re ready for anything!

L’Abel Spring/Summer 2010 collection
Hold on to your hats ladies…L’Abel’s spring/summer 2010 collection is being released this weekend! The new collection encompasses every possible need for the upcoming season: cool casuals, smart separates and some fabulous formal dresses that will knock your socks off. I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the offerings, so be prepared to see as much of the collection as I can post! This new collection makes playing “dress up” so much fun! L’Abel has become known over the last year as the epitome of wearable and eye-catching, sophisticated fashion. L’Abel Fall 2009
Neferia Abel, creator of L’Abel, has thoroughly outdone herself with her new Fall line this year! After a short break, Nef’s back in full force with some of the most beautiful and stylish designs I’ve seen on the grid so far this season. They are modern with a hint of old-style glamour and very sexy! I can’t say enough about how pleased I was when I tried on these new items.
Emelie is the perfect little black cocktail dress. It features extremely realistic sequins to embellish the dress and it also includes a silver sequined bolero jacket with sculpted sleeves and neck. Three textured buttons decorate the back of the bolero.

Ivalde
It’s been all over the grid and the blogs for the last day or so, but for the few people who have not yet heard, Neferia Abel (creator of Ivalde and L’Abel) is temporarily closing her inworld shops for family and health reasons. Neferia has been a stalwart and prolific creator for a very long time and to think of shopping without a visit to her stores is very saddening. I am, for one, very hopeful that she will return as promised in a few months and until then we will wait with bated breath; all the while wishing all the best for her and her family. I am very sure she will be just as successful with her ‘dream project’ as she has been in Second life ®. A big thanks to Beulah Mills and SerenityVal Alcott (a.k.a. Sere) for all your hard work and always being a friendly face to me especially as well as a breath of fresh air to all the customers! I was lucky enough to create the photos for Neferia’s new store L’Abel and it was a sincere pleasure and honour to do it. I hope when the time comes, I’ll be able to lend a helping hand once again.
